Enterprise Data Architect

Reporting to the Enterprise Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for designing and structuring the data management systems in line with Asendia's strategic objectives. This includes documenting the Asendia’s data landscape and developing data management rules, policies and data models.

Your Tasks

 

Master Data Management: Provide recommendation on MDM Architecture and systems and lead the project implementation.
Data Landscape: Inventory, capture and document the existing data flows between systems, identify the data sources, both internal and external.
Data Management: Develop a set of rules, policies and models that determine what kind of data is collected, exchanged between systems and how it gets used, processed, and securely stored.
Technology: Provide technology recommendations in making the most relevant data easily accessible by authorized people and systems at the right time.
Data Catalogue: Further develop and enrich the Asendia Data Catalogue, including data definitions and data models.
Communication: Develop various data materials to support Data democracy worldwide.

 

 

 

Your Profile

 

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a relevant field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
You have +3 years of experience in a similar role and are experienced as a data project manager.
You have a sound knowledge of data modelling and database structure systems and a good working knowledge of SQL. Experience in Python is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have a high level of personal responsibility, perseverance, team spirit and appreciate working with different countries and cultures. Colleagues can always rely on you.
You speak fluent English as this is our business language. Any other language is an advantage.
